British Airways Reviews Dashboard 

This Project is an interactive dashboard showcasing 4 Visualisations through which you can get to know about : 

• Average Overall Ratings By Month :- This visualisation displays the average overall ratings for British Airways over different months. It provides insight into the trend of customer satisfaction over time.

• Average Overall Rating by Country :- This visualization shows the average overall ratings of British Airways across different countries. It helps in understanding how customer satisfaction varies geographically.

• Average Overall Rating By Aircraft :- This visualization illustrates the average overall ratings categorized by different aircraft used by British Airways. It offers insights into the performance of different aircraft in terms of customer satisfaction.

• Summary :- The summary visualization provides an overview of key metrics or insights derived from the data.

Each visualization allows users to filter the data based on various criteria such as category of service, date, seat type, traveller type, aircraft, and continent, providing a more customized and insightful analysis.

Development Highlights :

1. Joined 2 tables in Tableau

2. Created a Map Visualtisation for Average Overall Ratings By Country and created a filter "pick a metric"(Category Of Service) by using parameter and case statement.

3. Created Dynamic Filters for  Date, Seat Type, Traveller Type, Aircraft Type & Continent.

4. Created Summary By Using Measure Values.

5. Created Average Overall Rating By Month using Line Chart.

6. Created Average Overall Rating By Aircraft using Bar Chart.
